Return Policy
Please notify Lice Detectives LLC by e-mail if there is a problem with your order within 5 business days of receiving product. Lice Detectives LLC will only refund the cost of product (minus shipping and handling) if the return is due to a broken or defective bottle.
Refund will be received by customer approximately 4-6 weeks following receipt of returned product by Lice Detectives LLC. All defective products must be shipped back to Lice Detectives LLC at customers expense.
